Deb Cullerton

Senior Partner

Deb Cullerton is a highly accomplished professional with three decades of experience in the fields of leadership and productivity. As Senior Partner of Priority Management Associates (PMA), she leads the Development & Delivery Team, and is responsible for creating and delivering the most relevant and practical solutions in the marketplace.

Deb’s background in both leadership and engineering provides her with a unique skillset that she brings to her work. Her ability to merge these two areas of expertise with her knowledge of adult learning allows her to consistently deliver programs that are praised as the best training experience participants have ever had.

Deb has personally delivered programs to thousands of groups during her tenure at PMA.  Her passion for helping others succeed has earned her a reputation as a sought-after “trainer of trainers”.  This gives her an opportunity to share her expertise with our clients’ coaches and facilitators and ensures consistency and the highest quality delivery of PMA’s programs.

Deb’s commitment to excellence and her dedication to helping others achieve their full potential have earned her numerous awards and accolades throughout her career. She is a true leader in the field of adult learning, and her contributions have made a lasting impact on individuals and organizations around the world.

Psssst:  Don’t mention that we told you, but as a youngster she wanted to be a standup comedian when she grew up and we think she’s still trying to work it out.

Gene Venuto

Senior Partner

Gene Venuto is a Senior Partner at Priority Management Associates (PMA) who leads the Client Relationship and Finance teams.  He is a true connector with an ability to bring value to every interaction and create engaging, long-term partnerships.

His fascination with the connections between behavior and outcomes is reflected in the highly effective and results-driven learning initiatives he’s designed for PMA’s Fortune 500 clients in a variety of sectors including healthcare, life sciences, financial services, education, and philanthropy.  From the first discovery conversation to the follow-up and implementation meetings, Gene is fully engaged with our clients to ensure their learning experience tailored and focused and effective. 

Gene is also part of PMA’s delivery team where he uses his executive coaching and facilitation skills to engage individuals and groups, helping them achieve their goals and build their organizations. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact and creating lasting behavioral changes for all of PMA’s clients, ensuring that their investment in professional development yields tangible, lasting results.

Psssst:  Don’t mention that we told you, but Gene’s desire to perform at PMA is driven partially by his fear of having to return to his days of donning a bite suit and training protection dogs.
